New things textured!

• Saplings!
• Command Blocks! (The animated parts are a "sprite", so don't think i'm breaking my rules, here)
• Sticky Pistons now have their green color pallette on all sides, so it fits the 3 color rule.
• Doors! 
• Books! (and Enchanted Books! They flash!)
• Animated Furnaces and Blast Furnaces! (Again, there's a "sprite" on top of them so they still fit my rules.)
• Dead Bushes!
• Better-looking and more non-intrusive Enchanted Item Glint!
• Signs!

Some textures that I will be doing soon are:

• All Flowers
• Rest of Glass Panes and their borders (i don't know why i left some out)
• Rest of Glazed Terracotta (needed to refuel on creativity juice)
• More Items
• More Mobs
